Chocolate Raspberry Chia Pudding

If you know me, you know I love snacks! My current favourite is this chocolate raspberry chia pudding that tastes so decadent & is packed full of nutrients too!

Chia seeds are high in fibre, protein, omega 3's, and many other vitamins and minerals and combining them into your snacks is a great way to help fill you up and minimize blood sugar spikes too.

Plus, this snack only takes a few minutes to make, making it a convenient option to make the night before, pop it in the fridge, and grab it on your way out the door in the morning!

Chocolate Raspberry Chia Pudding
(makes 2 servings)
 
Ingredients:
6 Tbsp chia seeds
⅔ cup coconut milk
3 Tbsp vanilla or chocolate protein powder
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
 
Toppings:
Raspberries
Hemp seed hearts 
 
Directions:
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined.
  2. Divide mix into 2 sealable jars or containers and store in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  3. Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy as a healthy snack!
