Everything Bagel Bites
Jun 20, 2024Okay, so as you may have noticed I've been on a hiatus from sending my weekly recipe emails (sorry peeps!). We've been busy getting our place ready to sell and life has felt very full so I needed to shift my focus on to taking care of myself in any down time I could get and keeping meals super simple and easy!
Buuuut, I'm back baby! And this last week I've been getting excited about trying new things and sharing more fun recipes with you all!
I also thought it might be helpful to share a little list of some of the simple and easy meals I've been making while in full survival mode (lol) so check out my “Quick Meal Guide” below!
This one was ridiculously easy to make and puffed up so well in the air fryer! 10/10 recommend for a little high protein snack bite!
Air Fryer Everything Bagel Bites
(makes 12 bites)
- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ cup high protein greek yogurt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Cooking spray
- Everything bagel seasoning
- Add the almond flour, greek yogurt, and baking powder to a bowl. Mix until combined and knead into a dough. If the dough is too sticky, lightly add more almond flour until the dough is firm.
- Roll into 1 tbsp sized balls, spray with oil, and coat with seasoning.
- Air fry at 350F for 10-12 mins.
- Eat on their own or serve with cream cheese!
