Grapefruit Paloma Mocktail
Mar 14, 2024The sun was finally shining this week and damn did it feel good! Naturally, I started getting questions about mocktail recipes from clients and made a few myself too!
So, this week I'm sharing my favourite mocktail recipe AND have also linked my favourite, super fresh grapefruit salad! If you don't like grapefruit, you could definitely sub it out in both recipes for orange juice too!
Grapefruit Paloma Mocktail
(makes 1 drink)
Ingredients:
1 cup sparkling water*
2 oz grapefruit juice
1 oz fresh lime juice
½ oz maple syrup*
Sliced lime for serving
*If you want to go extra grapefruit, you could use a grapefruit bubly. Amount of water needed will depend on the size of your glass.
*If you’d prefer to keep yours unsweetened, skip the maple syrup or use less to suit your preference.
Directions:
- Add the grapefruit juice, lime juice, and maple syrup to a glass and mix.
- Next add the ice and top with sparkling water.
- Serve with a lime wedge as garnish.
BONUS RECIPE:
