Whipped Peanut Butter & Yogurt Bowl
Oct 17, 2024Happy Friday!
OK, this is my go-to “lazy girl” snack that I’ve been loving lately! It only takes a few minutes to mix up and is a great high-protein option for when you’re feeling snacky or having a craving for something sweet.
Get creative and mix in your fav toppings. Currently I am loving dark chocolate chips, hemp hearts, and some heated up frozen raspberries. Fast, healthy and so yum!
Whipped Peanut Butter Yogurt Bowl
(makes 1 serving)
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp All Natural Peanut Butter (or powdered peanut butter!)
- 2 tbsp Granola
- 2 tbsp Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup (optional)
Directions:
- In a bowl, whisk the yogurt and peanut butter together vigorously. Top with granola, blueberries, and maple syrup.
- Enjoy!
Notes:
- I love using powdered peanut butter for this as it mixes and whips up really nicely. It’s also a nice option for a more protein dense/lower fat option if needed for macronutrient balance.
- Can use blueberries or any other type of berry, nut, or seed that you prefer!
- Nutrition facts listed on the recipe card will vary depending on type of yogurt, nut butter, granola, and/or toppings used.
Enjoy!
