  • Every Monday at 12pm noon PST we'll have a live call to go over the topic of the week.

    We'll also have a Q&A at the end of each call so come prepared with any questions you have :)

    **All calls will be recorded and sent out after as a replay. So, if you can't make each week live, don't worry!

  • Every week a new menu will be sent out that includes at least 8 recipes, 2 for each meal; breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack.

    The menu plans will include both plant-based and meat-based options to suit a variety of diet types.

    I am NOT about rigid meal plans. These menu plans are for ideas so that you can mix and match to suit your needs & wants!

I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist on a mission to help busy women create realistic and sustainable changes to their health. I’m also a dog mom, CrossFitter turned powerlifter, a lover of snacks, and a serious health nerd.

I’m a busy human just like you, trying to navigate work/life balance, relationships, fitness, and so much more (not to mention having ADHD to boot) and know how challenging it can be to create space for your health goals too.
