Hey, I'm Morgan! I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist on a mission to help busy women create realistic and sustainable changes to their health. I’m also a dog mom, CrossFitter turned powerlifter, a lover of snacks, and a serious health nerd.
I’m a busy human just like you, trying to navigate work/life balance, relationships, fitness, and so much more (not to mention having ADHD to boot) and know how challenging it can be to create space for your health goals too.
