Hey, I’m Morgan!
I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist on a mission to help busy women create realistic and sustainable changes to their health. I’m also a dog mom, CrossFitter turned powerlifter, a lover of snacks, and a serious health nerd.
I’m a busy human just like you, trying to navigate work/life balance, relationships, fitness, and so much more (not to mention having ADHD to boot) and know how challenging it can be to create space for your health goals too.
It may feel like the wild west out there when it comes to health information, but, I want to help you sift through all the BS and find ways to support your health in a way that works best for you and your busy life too!
